How do you determine if a replacement tool is needed?
With router tools, common reasons for replacement are large chips or tip breakages as well as reaching the minimum diameter for that tool. With saw blades, any bent teeth or broken shoulders are not able to be repaired or sharpened and blades will be replaced. We will replace tips but if the remaining life of the blade versus it's cost does not make financial sense for your business, we will elect to replace on your behalf.

The short answer is yes. We will find our closest matching product and replace with those items. Our Frost CNC Tooling and Armada lines provide the best bang for the buck in the industry and we're confident you will be happy with the results.

Our instant shipping labels can accommodate up to 20 lbs per box. If you have more items than that, please purchase and print extra shipping labels for each box of 20 lbs. Alternatively, you can select the "Self Ship" option and handle your own shipping.

Once we receive your items, which you can confirm by the included tracking number, our shop will process your sharpening order within 5 business days or sooner. We then ship UPS Ground Advantage back to you.
